You sure can! Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking number and you can track it to your door!
We will endeavour to package your orders up and ship them off within 24 hours. The rest is in the hands of the postie – but you can expect to receive your goodies within 2-3 days, or a smidge longer (3-5 days) if shipping to more remote areas.
At the moment we are keeping things local with deliveries only within Australia and our friendly NZ neighbours – but international shipping is something we are working towards, so stay tuned!
If you would like to make some changes to your order, feel free to drop us an email at admin@almahskincare.com and we can make it happen. However, if your order has already been shipped off, I’m afraid it’s yours!
In the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product (*sniff sniff*) we can accept product returns within 30-days of your purchase. For more details please head to our Refunds Policy page.
None, ever! Our products are 100% natural, free from any toxic chemicals that have no place on your skin!
NO phtalates, parabens, petrochemicals, synthetic preservatives, colours or fragrances!
Yes! Because our products are 100% plant based, without any of the nasty chemical often found in commercial cosmetic brands, it is much gentler on the skin and appropriate for those with more sensitive skin. That being said, it is always recommended that you patch test any new product prior to use. We use natural essential oils in many of our products, not only for their wonderful fragrances, but also for their very beneficial properties. In rare instances, essential oils may be sensitizing for some people.
We are an all Australian company and we batch make all of our products right here in Sydney (with a whole lotta love)!!
No way- We love our furry friends! All of our products are rigorously tried and tested, but only on willing human guinea pigs who in truth, love trying our new stuff!
