Refund policy
If you find yourself unhappy with an ALMAH product you have ordered, we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. A few things to note…
- If the product is returned to us unopened and in good nick, we will refund your money;
- For safety reasons we cannot resell a product that has been opened. If you return an opened product to us, we will issue you with a store credit;
- The postage and handling costs associated with the product return to ALMAH must be covered by the customer.

and drop us an email at admin@almahskincare.com. Once your product has arrived, we will issue your refund/store credit.
Lastly, we love to hear all and any feedback with regards to our products. Please know that we take all of the constructive criticism on board and are continually working and experimenting with new formulations of our products!
